Monkey Finances: The clubs finances are still healthy; beer consumption has been appropriate – if anything a little less than expected on the last run. There are no concerns and a subsidy for hares is still available upon request, the only condition being that it should not be spent at the On On venue.

Last Run:
• The Nebulous Monkey: well received by all, good trail, food and circle, memorable shirt, good venue. Congratulations to the hares for a hugely successful day.
• The Great balls Of Fire Monkey; a challenging second section saw a few chimps turn back after struggling with some steep climbing, others threw up on trail. However, a great effort from the hares to present such a trail. Food, shirt and circle all went down well, but heavy traffic and a minor communication breakdown affected the venue – recommendation that if the venue is away from central Pattaya and buses are retained this info should be shared to the circle in advance.

Next Run(s): Hares are in place, no issues or concerns at this time.

Website/FB: As usual, everything is up to date and working perfectly.

Hare Line: Only one space available for the rest of the year, September; there is no expectation that this will be a problem as there is plenty of time left.

Awards: A discussion ref awards took place and some secretive plans for specific awards made. Thanks to Jellobut for his continuing doubling up of awards – official and unofficial!

Other Business:
• A protocol for chimps that abuse beers/drinking protocols was agreed. !st offence – verbal warning, 2nd offence written warning from the committee, 3rd offence a one run ban, ongoing in the absence of a written apology to the committee.
• As a thank you to Monkey hares from the past two years and future hares, mismanagement has approved a subsidized venue recce of up to 2,000B. Hash cash will pay for transport, the chimps will only need to pay for their drinks.
• An alternate venue for meetings suggested as a number of non-monkey hashers joined the table, causing disruption. TW to investigate using Hustlers for future meetings.
