Minutes Of Last Meeting: Approved

Monkey Finances: An incoming invoice for the next 3 years web hosting, in the region of 12,000 b will prompt a search for a more affordable option. PS to investigate and action.

Last Run:
• March – The Mexican Monkey, very well received but the heat wave at the time caused some runners problems.
• May – The Banged Up Monkey, again well attended and received, positive feedback on all aspects of the day, especially theme and shirts. In both cases the hares returned a small amount of cash to Hash Cash.

Next Run(s): C’est la Vie Monkey, hares VV and Beetroot Head sign ups going well, nothing to report.

Website/FB: All good, no issues other than looking for a new hosting company for the website.

Hare Line: The hare line is in good shape; however, 2 virgin hares have volunteered tentatively for January; an experienced hare will be sought to offer guidance.

Awards: Jellobut proposed a personalised supplementary run award (based on the nature/name of the recipient), agreed. Jellobut to source all awards and 500b will be made available from hash cash for each award. In addition, attempts will be made to reinstate the Monkey Chimp award.

Other Business:
• Resurrection of the scribe; Jellobut has agreed to provide a scribe report after each run until at least the next AGM.
• Odd Socks – The Wizard will procure some socks to be made available (at a very reasonable price) to chimps that turn up to runs without the required odd socks.
• As agreed at the last meeting but not yet actioned, babies’ dummies on ribbons will be provided for virgins to wear whilst on trail; TW to procure before the next run.
• A suggestion for a generic Monkey shirt to be made available was met with limited enthusiasm, no action at this time.
