Hare Line: In good shape. Next open date is July 2015. Future run dates on hareline are only advisory. Up to the hares to pick the actual run date, as long as they adhere to policy of 2 months between runs. Once hares publish the date on the home page, that date becomes the next official run date.

Hash Awards: Adequate stock on hand. No problems.

Beer Truck: No problems.

Hash Rags: No sales. Enough stock of Virgin Shirts.

• Discussion on how to improve Monkey attendance: - Hares encouraged to provide extraction point(s) and/or trail shortcuts - Advertise runs - Encourage new members/virgins
