Last Run: Run #48, The Trekkie Monkey: Hot day, but a good run and excellent food. Run broke even due to the generous contribution from the hares of 1,930 baht. Thank you hares!

Next Run(s): Nothing to report.

Website/FB: Up to date, no problems.

Hare Line: In great shape. Per the website, the next open date is May, 2015.

Hash Awards: Adequate stock on hand. No problems.

Beer Truck: No problems.

Hash Rags: Four virgin shirts sold, six remaining in stock. On hand stock ok for now.

Other Business:
• a) Discussion on hare/run credit if hare cannot make run. In recognition that the hares put in a lot of effort, time and money before the run, a hare that is not able to be present the day of the run will still receive the hare/run credit.
• b) Discussion regarding committee positions for next year. In coming GM Pussy Snatcher will need to contact a couple of individuals for confirmation, but it looks like we’re in great shape with no shortage of volunteers to help out.
• c) Discussion regarding the upcoming 50th run in July. Many good ideas floated which will be finalized at the next meeting.
