Rumpled Foreskin unilaterally appoints Steptoe as scribe at the beginning of run as there is no Hare for January 2017. Jello Butt leads and all is confusion within half km, trail found uphill led by Del Boy who goes off on paper to the left whilst the rest of us continue uphill to a back-check.
Belatedly we follow Del Boy and Steptoe spears his balls on a branch whilst trying to scribe and run simultaneously. Single file in rough gullies up and down hill, Home Brew falls.
Trail goes right and downhill to back-check found by Del Boy, back to the top and left downhill to another immediate check all go left but GI Joe finds straight ahead, Crapper now front walking we overtake and go right down to another back-check, Fingerless finds back and right. It’s hot.
Another back-check left that Marathon Man finds straight on.
On down and through Klong, Steptoe leads briefly we pass by a house and into a field onto a back-check found by Del Boy, broken by Anysex.com. Another back-check broken to left. Jello Butt and Del Boy lead, we hit a check and Jello sits and directs hash traffic. Broken to the right, screams from Jackal but he’s not fallen, something about his knee. Back-check left and yet another back-check found by BHPC and found to the left by Del Boy. A check straight then left where we meet Spag and Dizzy coming in from the side, excellent short cutting. On and right, it’s another big loop where we again meet Spag and Dizzy going into the water stop.
Out of the stop and all is confusion pack take ages to break first check. We eventually meet the buses at the 2Km mark after the water stop parked on wide track we go immediately right into long grass whereby both Lady Boy and Steptoe simultaneously develop cramp in left thigh. Steptoe gets to lead and falls up to his waist into a hole concealed by the grass.
Paper goes into trees but trail is straight ahead, paper been moved? Anysex.com finds back-check along the road and we all do a 180 degrees where we find Lord Lucan sitting in the shade. More of Jello sitting on checks and eventually to the Circle Site by lake where many indulge in the water.
Motor Bikes and four wheel bikes pass through the circle site. Circle notable only for Bam Bam hazing the 8 virgins and Steptoe being pressured and eventually submitting to being next Hare, seems Rumple had a plan all along.
