Minutes Of Last Meeting: Take the last meeting minutes as read.

Monkey Finances: Cash: 50,372 B Cash and Assets: 69,644 B Total Cash & Assets decreased by 6,626 B It was advised that the Monkey bank account had been closed and that the cash was being held in a safe at Pussy Snatcher’s house.

Last Run: A considerable amount of work put in by the hares resulted in a great run, welcome back to the Monkey VV. All things considered it was as usual a great day out, great trail, excellent food and a good circle (allegedly). After the circle finished the chimps ventured into town to carry on at the venue, Babylon, good prices on the drinks and decent food provided.

Next Run(s): The next run is scheduled for Saturday 23rd January 2021, The Bigfoot Monkey, Run 94.

Website/FB: Up to date. Pussy Snatched informed that he has recently completed a user guide for the Monkey Accounting and Membership System.

Hare Line: The Hare Line is condition RED the next open run date is 27 March 2021. It was noted that the Phuket Hashers may be up for consideration.

Other Business:
• Due to the current travel abroad restrictions there was a discussion around Pattaya Monkey H3 planning an outstation run in Chiang Mai, next year, June 19th 2021.
• There was a discussion regarding PMH3 hosting the Phuket Maraud H3 on our website, there were no objections.
• It was agreed that a threshold value of 25,000 baht would be the trigger point for actions to be considered regarding generating additional funds.
