Monkey Finances: Balance of 45,360 Baht plus 30 stang

Last Run: 53 including hares did it was reported produce a different atmosphere in the circle.

Next Run(s): Details are on Web site, 1200 sign up and will include shirt. Planning an outstation run with the Lanna Hash in Chiang Rai 24th February 2018. Details on website registration is now open.

Hare Line: All runs have hares until 22 Sept 2018

Hash Awards: Now up to date. It was agreed that some might like to recycle their 12 run 3 monkey awards. So if it is at home merely gathering dust and no longer wanted return to GI Joe.

Beer Truck: Arrangements appear to be working well.

Hash Rags: Sufficient stock

Other Business: There was a discussion about the maximum number of signups. Factors taken into account included. • 10 persons per Baht bus with perhaps 1 or 2 front passenger seats available. Normally 1 hare is expected to lead everyone to the A-site. • 3 Baht buses provides for a maximum of 32 signups including the hares. This assumes one hare will travel with the beer truck. • Space limitations on the beer truck suggest that 32 signups is a sensible limit. • If it is intended or expected to exceed the 32 maximum figure then it must be approved and agreed by the Jungle Monkey Committee. The agreed higher maximum figure of signups will be fixed as that agreed by the committee. • If additional signups are approved it will be the responsibility of the hares to arrange transport for the extra tables, chairs, soft drinks, beer etc from and back to the hash storage. • No last minute signups to be allowed unless approved by the brewmaster. All details are available a long time in advance on the website. • Hash transport must return to Pattaya by 9 pm. Travel times must be within 45 minutes from Pattaya. If these limits are exceeded then the additional transportation costs will come out of the signup fee portion that is under the control and the responsibility of the hares. • The brewmaster must be informed if more than one water stop is planned • The brewmaster must also be informed if any signup substitutions are made that affect drink choices • On Secretary will send out amended hare advice in an email to future hares of upcoming runs • We are now asking for water stop drink preferences so we can better estimate soft drink stocks for the run.
