Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from 4th April 2017 meeting were approved.

Monkey Finances: Total cash 36,439, Cash and Assets 41,627

Last Run: Outstation Run comments were made about easy checks causing some problems especially for the back runners. Generally hard checks and back checks help to keep the pack together.

Next Run(s): Hares have everything in hand.

Website/FB: Up to date more or less.

Hare Line:

Hash Awards: GM will liase with GI Joe when GM returns from the UK.

Beer Truck: Arrangements have been made for a Beer truck at a cost of 2000 Baht.

Hash Rags: GM will meet with Diddy Dicker to stock take on return from the UK. Hares were warned that they need to talk with DD if they think they will have excess shirts or other assets. A price needs to be agreed with the Jungle Rags in advance.

Other Business:
• GM may still be in the UK for the next run in July.
• Planning an outstation run with the Lanna Hash in Chiang Rai 24th February 2018. Details will follow.
• The scheduled November Monkey is to be held in Bang Chang. Arrangements with Bangkok Hashes may lift the numbers to around 50. Lord Lucan and Lucan Made me Come have agreed to provide logistics support to deal with the increased numbers. There will be overnight options to stay over in Bang Chang.
