Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes from the last meeting approved as written.

Monkey Finances: 22,090 baht cash in the bank and 30,432 baht including all assets. Bam Bam has cancelled the account cards. No problems.

Last Run: Unofficially designated as the best run of the year but,...then again..., that's unofficial (authors liberty to embellish). Good times were had by all, No issues. Hashers liked the venue. A bit more food ordered at the venue then necessary. Advised that hares should consider smaller portioned finger foods at the venue and a bigger meal at the C site. Plenty of food was left over. Profit of 1,425 baht from fixed costs. Other expenses shared by the hares; food, shirts, etc. Good circle.

Next Run(s): Crapper and Bull Track hares. No shirt expected. Not sure of run fee but looking at 800 baht. A 4-6 km walk will be provided. All good to go.

Website/FB: Crapper has yet to write up the scribe for the last run. Still waiting.....Bam Bam to change the amount of fee for the next run to 800 baht instead of the current rate of 1000 baht. Other than that, no issues.

Hare Line: Filled up all year. Thanks to Mental Disorder for his recruitment talents.

Hash Awards: Up to Joe. Nothing on board.

Beer Truck: Still road worthy, no issues.

Hash Rags: Currently with P. Snatcher, Lucan has some at his place. Will be distributed to Diddy Dickers bar.

Other Business: Fee limit was raised from the current 1000 baht to 1200 baht for the run. Although the fixed costs of 550 to the hash remains the same. Hares can charge less fees of course, but maximum is 1200 baht.
