Minutes Of Last Meeting: Minutes of last meeting approved as is.

Monkey Finances: Last run for the fixed cost portion had a surplus of 185 baht which is telling that the 500 baht fixed cost is spot on. Current cash balance is 25,594 and with assets, 31,028

Last Run: Scar and V.V. hares for D.I.P. hash; Scar reported that the T shirts made for the run turned out to be more expensive then the hares planned for. They planned 200 baht per shirt, but the cost was 245 per shirt. This amount ran into a deficit for the hares losing 718 baht out of pocket. Scar asked mismanagement to consider reimbursing the hares for this unfortunate financial misadventure. Mismanagement discussed the situation and concluded that the current tradition of the fixed costs associated with a run is 500 baht to the hash cash, and any other expenses, beyond that amount are the responsibility of the hares. The principle adopted is that if the hares want to purchase a memento of the run (ie...shirt), it is up to the hares to be sure of the costs. This is also true for any food or venue expenses. Hares are responsible for any costs beyond the fixed costs of setting up a run. If the hares are unsure of the costs that they might procure, it is advisable for them to talk with experienced club members to help with the budgeting process. Although the mismanagement sympathized with the hare's budget deficit, and recognized the outstanding financial contribution the hares have already made on this run, they did not approve reimbursement. It was noted that the 17km distance for this last Monkey was a sweet spot. It is duly noted that the run was considered a magnificent day out, great trail, wonderful venue, and a great time for all. Three cheers to Scar and V. V., their effort was very much appreciated by all who attended the run. Lastly, Bam Bam noted that it is easier to market a Monkey Run if the theme is exposed prior to the run with a design. or art work that could be displayed online or in print. "A picture is worth a thousand words."

Next Run(s): Theme is the "The Who Did It" Monkey. The hares are a mystery and will be kept secret until after the run. Hashers should give Bam Bam 500 deposit. Others costs are up to the hares to tell Bam Bam or someone else how much more to collect for hares expenses.

Website/FB: Bam Bam reports that he will add a feature to the website that will allow runners to sign up for future Monkey runs directly online. The feature will also allow for beer preference and shirt size.

Other Business:
• GM noted to mismanagement that Dizzy was asked to serve as the next GM in 2016 and Diz respectfully decline the honor. So, the GM will begin taking suggestions for a GM in waiting.
• The Extreme Monkey was discussed and the group welcomes the Norway boys to reconsider another go at it. The last Extreme Monkey was finished by all hashers on trail and was considered an excellent run. Lets do it again....
• Lastly mismanagement noted that next October and/or November will be reserved for another PI outstation run next year.
