Meeting Called To Order: Pussy Snatcher called the meeting to order at 5.02 pm.

Minutes Of Last Meeting: Take last meeting minutes as read.

Monkey Finances: Monkey Finances: Bam Bam. Cash: B26,712 Cash and Assets: B32,146 Reminder: It was agreed we should maintain a cash balance of at least B10,000. Amounts above this minimum are available for doing something special on future runs. Ideas and requests for use of the additional funds s/b presented to mismanagement prior to the run date.

Last Run: Run 55, the Deja Vu Monkey (AGM run): Another good Monkey run. Good feedback on use of Boomerang Bar for pickup/drop off point, with the exception that parking in the area is an issue. Suggestion made to park in area around Buffalo and walk the short distance to the Boomerang. Run broke even with a small contribution from the hares; previously approved hash cash subsidy for the AGM run wasn’t needed. Complete details of this run’s accounts, and past runs can be found online.

Next Run(s): July Monkey is still in need of hares. Suggestion was made to move July run date to 8 August and do a joint, outstation run with the Lanna Bush in Chiang Rai. If no one steps forward and offers to hare a July Monkey in the Pattaya area by 12 June, the outstation run with Lanna Bush on 8 August is approved. For this to count as a Monkey run #56, there must be at least one Monkey hasher in attendance.

Website/FB: Bam Bam has agreed to take over maintenance of the Monkey website. The Monkey wishes to thank Tampax for his many years of performing this important task.

Hare Line: We need hares for the July, 2015 run. After July the next available run date is July, 2016.

Hash Awards: All Good

Beer Truck: No problems. Hares are reminded that money to purchase beer and softies needs to be given to Bam Bam no later than one week prior to the run.

Hash Rags: One virgin shirt sold this run. Rags stock in good shape. We have a good selection of sizes for any upcoming 24 run award shirts.

Other Business:
• On 4 October, 2015 the Monkey will celebrate 10 Years of Monkey. We will celebrate this occasion on run #57, LL’s run. To make this an outstanding run, a request was made and approved for a Monkey hash cash subsidy not to exceed 10,000 baht. Festivities to be discussed at future Monkey meetings. Mark your calendars now for this run.
• BB will be haring a Monkey outstation run in March, 2016. Location Kanchanaburi. Preliminary plan is an adventure run (kayak, bike, run) in cooperation with the Lanna Bush Hash and Bangkok Hash. More details to follow as we get closer to the run date.
