Last Run: Run 52: Great day out. Good trail. Good that the hares broke the run into multiple, short sections. Run had a small loss of B120 that the hares covered.

Next Run(s): 24 January. BHPC has volunteered to hare this run, but is looking for co-hares.

Website/FB: Hare of the next run needs to be changed. Pussy Snatcher to request webmaster to make the change.

Hare Line: In great shape. Next open date is November 2015, but we need to confirm if the Norwegian team would like to reserve that date for their annual Xtreme Monkey. Reminder, in the interest of giving as many as possible a chance to hare a Monkey, we limit hares to one run per Monkey year.

Hash Awards: Adequate stock on hand. No problems.

Beer Truck: No problems.

Hash Rags: Sold B900 of Jungle rags and B500 of Monkey rags. An order for 10 virgin shirts has been placed and will be available in a week or two.

Other Business:
• On 4 October, 2015 the Monkey will celebrate 10 Years of Monkey. We will celebrate this occasion on run #57, LL’s run. Festivities to be discussed at future Monkey meetings. Mark your calendars now for this run.
• It was agreed to increase the minimum, run only, signup fee on the break even budget from B650 to B700. It is up to the hares if they wish to go with a higher signup fee. Hares are requested to please budget and set a signup fee at an amount that returns a small profit to build and maintain a healthy hash cash balance.
• It was agreed we should maintain a cash balance of at least B10,000. Amounts above this minimum are available for doing something special on future runs. Ideas and requests for use of the additional funds s/b presented to mismanagement for approval.
• To help defray some of the costs involved in running the beer truck, it was agreed to pay B200 on future runs for the use of Bam Bam’s truck.
