Meeting Called To Order: GM in waiting Pussy Snatcher called the meeting to order at 17:30.

Minutes Of Last Meeting: Spaghetti Head read the minutes of the last meeting held on 04/06/13. G.I. Joe approved and Pussy Snatcher seconded. Approved by all members present.

Monkey Finances: Bam Bam could not give an accurate accounting of the finances due to the hares for run #44 having many questions about the processing of Monkey funds. After discussion, the hares agreed to work with Bam Bam to rectify the accounting situation.

Last Run: Monkey Run #44: Good run. Discussion regarding the challenges faced the day of the run. Final point made was #1 respect the hares. Without the hares we wouldn’t have a run.

Next Run(s): Monkey Run #45: Pussy Snatcher reported he and his co-hare Jellobutt will try something different and let the chimps vote with their wallet on whether they want a shirt or not. Cost is set at 600B w/o shirt, 900B w/shirt. Theme is Spank The Monkey.

Hash Awards: Adequate stock on hand. No problems.

Other Business:
• a) Generic Monkey Shirt: LL has 22 generic shirts on hand and they are available for purchase at Jungle runs.
• b) Virgin Monkey Shirt: Shirt design was approved and order for 15 – 20 shirts will be placed. Sell price of the shirt will be set at 200B, with Monkey hash cash to cover any short fall between sell price and actual cost. Discussion ensued as to whether past virgins s/b offered the virgin shirt at no charge for runs they attended that didn’t provide a shirt. Since almost all the runs that didn’t provide a run shirt provided something else instead, it was decided past virgins have the option of purchasing the shirt at 200B.
• c) Budgeting for a Monkey run: It was proposed and approved that hares should budget their run for a breakeven point of 25 runners (i.e. Total run fees collected = expenses for that run, no profit or loss if 25 paid runners attend). Any loss incurred on a run where less than 25 paid runners attend, or unexpected costs are incurred, the Monkey hash case will cover. The goal is the hares need not be on the hook for covering losses due to low sign up numbers or extraordinary costs.
• d) Pan Asia Hash: LL stated monies given him for registrations have either been refunded to registrants or used for expenses. LL has been asked for a full accounting of monies collected and spent.
